The Klun Solutions Sand System is proud to share that we are 100% “green” with no power units, engines, or hydraulic systems. Our powerful sand delivery system operates with zero carbon emissions, zero noise pollution and is powered by solar energy.

All gates and stingers are operated using electric motors. The Klun Solutions Sand System also has built-in manual override features; thus allowing the operator to take control of the silos manually if the event of an electrical issue arises. We have the ability to deliver sand into the hopper and keep the job going, even if the system has no power. An issue that has yet to arise.

Each silo can gravity feed up to 21,000 pounds per minute. While feeding directly into the hopper, we can flood it, and the blender has sand on demand. This means that the silos will only dispense the amount of sand the screws require. As a result, the days of overfilling the hopper and spilling sand on the ground are officially over.

We have completed jobs of over 140 million pounds and had less than a wheelbarrows worth of sand on the ground. You can see and feel our passion for this business on the smallest-to-the–largest volume jobs, and we always maintain a stunningly clean work space.
